BACK TO CAKES & FROSTINGS.
LEMON OR ORANGE GLAZE
Use to glaze a Lemon or orange Chiffon Cake.

Ingredients:
1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lemon or orange peel
2-4 tbsp. lemon or orange juice

Directions:
Blend butter, sugar &  lemon or orange peel.  
Stir in lemon or orange juice, 1 tablespoon at a time, until glaze is desired consistency.
Spread or drizzle glaze (depending on thickness) over cake.
