In a skillet, brown turkey, onions, green pepper & garlic; drain fat.
Transfer to a heavy Pot.
Add beans, water, tomatoes, sauce, carrots & seasonings.
Stir. Cover & simmer on Low heat about 1 hour till flavors are blended.
Before serving, mash beans slightly for a thicker soup, if desired.
Serves 10 to 12.
Serve with a green salad & hot French bread. Mmmmm! Now for a nap.
