Casserole:
Mash potatoes, add butter, salt & orange juice; beat until light and fluffy.
Fold in crushed pineapple.
Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Topping:
Mix brown sugar, flour & nuts together
Cut in cold butter till mixture is crumbly.
sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
Bake casserole at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
Makes 10 servings.
