In a deep 9-inch glass microwave safe pie dish sprinkle evenly one after the other the Bacos, minced dry onion & cheese.
Blend together well the eggs, milk, sugar & cayenne pepper.
Gently pour the egg/ milk mixture over the Baco/cheese layers in the pie dish.
Place in microwave oven.
Cook on level 8 for 9-1/2 to 11- minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Remove from microwave & let stand for 1 minute before slicing into serving sized wedges.
Serves two to three.
