Country Bunny is a business name my Mom used when she raised angoras rabbits and sheep for their fur.  She spun their wool into yarn and sold it to supplement her animals (pets) needs.  That was long ago, but when she gave my wife and sister this Country Bunny Cookbook last Christmas, I couldn’t help but remember those days, and the many great meals and snacks I’ve had along the way.  Mom gathered nearly 100 of our families favorite recipes; some new, but many very old.  The goal of this publication is to share our recipes in a way that is simple to use and viewable by many.  Hope you enjoy, stay full and be happy.
