STUFFING-LOVER'S ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE
If you like bread stuffing, you'll love this dish

Ingredients:
3 c. unpeeled zucchini, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 carrots, shredded
Sm. onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. herb-seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing, crushed
1/3 c. melted margarine

Directions:
ICook cut up zucchini till tender crisp & drain.  
Mix stuffing with melted margarine.  
Combine zucchini, shredded carrots, onion, chicken soup and sour cream.
Mix with 2/3 of the dressing mixture.  
Put into large greased casserole dish.  
Top with remaining dressing mixture.  
Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.  
8 to 10 servings.
