KEY LIME CREAM CHEESE PIE
Excellent!  light & smooth

Ingredients:
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed    milk
1/2 c. Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice or any other kind of key lime juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 9-inch  deep-dish graham cracker crust

Directions:
Cream the cream cheese, add can of condensed milk and whip, whip, whip and whip again.  
Add the lime juice and vanilla  and whip, whip, whip.  The more beating, the better the pie.  
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
