Ingredients:

Crust:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

Filling:
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
16  oz. cream cheese, softened

Topping:
16 oz. full flavored sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:

Crust:
Mix crumbs, melted butter & sugar together well.
Press onto bottom & sides of a 13 x 9 pan; put in refrigerator.  
Filling:
Mix 3 yolks with sugar, vanilla & cream cheese till creamy.
Beat 3 egg whites till almost stiff.
Fold whites into yolk mixture.  Pour over crust.  
Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.  Remove from oven.
Let cake stand till very cool to the touch.
Topping:
Mix sour cream, vanilla & sugar together well & carefully pour over cooled cake.  
Bake at 450ºF for 10 minutes.  Cool & refrigerate.
