HENRY'S EGG PUFFERS
Henry is a wonderful cook with a sense of humor & happens to be blind

Ingredients:
Eggs, Bread and Butter

Directions:
My grandmother, who was born in Poland, used to make these for us when we would come to visit. No, not Poland, Queens, but that was about as far as Poland from us. She would take a slice of white bread, using a small glass, cut out the center of the bread and then give it to the kids.
Since the small, white round of bread reminded us of powder puffs, we called them puffers. Next, she would fry an egg within the circle of the bread. Now, many years later, we enjoy a similar dish, but still call them puffers.

Take a slice of bread, okay to use white or any other kind of your choosing.
Slather some butter, margarine or any stuff that tastes like butter on to both sides of the bread.
Heat up your frying pan & add 1 tbsp. of butter in it for more flavor.
Place the yellow slathered bread slices in to the pan.
Take a glass with a small diameter mouth and cut a whole in the center of the slices of bread.
you can use a fork, knife or even your fingers (depending on where they were last) to pry the circles up and put on an open area in the pan. Break eggs into the holes in the bread.
Fry till the bottom of the bread is brown or feels like it has turned to toast.
Flip the bread over and continue cooking the other side.
find one or both of the puffers and flip them ore.
Give it a minute, then lift up the bread, does it feel like toast?
If it does, then your done.  Eat and enjoy - Henry.
