From the hundreds and hundreds of recipes, that I have collected over the years,
I have selected what I find to be the best because they appeal to my imagination
and taste buds.
Some are old, like "Arlene's Cherry Dessert", and some are new, such as "Sandwich
Bombs", and some are tried and true, like "Perry's Fried Chicken Dinner". There
are those that are unique, like "Henry's Egg Puffers", and even some that are exotic,
like "Parisian Warm Chocolate".
I wanted to gather together the recipes from our Family and friends, and those I
have come across that just jump out at me and say, "TRY ME"! So it seemed fitting
that a whole book should be devoted to recipes that bring back memories of childhood,
that remind me of Family and friends who are living and who have passed on; and that
show me the imagination of many cooks, around the world, who have combined, mixed,
whipped, stirred and tasted, to concoct that "perfect recipe".
So, here it is, "THE COUNTRY BUNNY COOKBOOK", created especially for you. When you
browse through its pages, think of me, for you will find part of me here, combining,
stirring, whipping, tasting and concocting right along with those thousands of other
Because I have found two other persons, right in my own Family, who love to cook
and collect cookbooks, I dedicate this book to them, the two best cooks I know .
